Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently represented Dollar Tree in a new lease transaction in Hebron, KY, just south of Cincinnati. Dollar Tree plans to construct a new 12,903 SF store in a portion of the former Remke Market space at 1960 North Bend Road. An opening date has not yet been set. Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in Cincinnati, N. Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.
