“One of Cincinnati’s oldest continually operating bars and restaurants, with panoramic views of downtown from its perch in Mount Adams, is on the market”, wrote Cincinnati Business Courier Staff Reporter, Andy Brownfield, in a story he posted today. He continued, “The City View Tavern at 403 Oregon Street in Mount Adams has been listed for sale. It’s one of Cincinnati’s oldest dining establishments, tracing its roots to 1875.” The fourth and current owner of the bar, Debra Henning, hired OnSite Retail Group to market the property. OnSite Retail Group’s Joshua Rothstein and Anthony Palazzolo will handle the task.
Brownfield quoted Josh Rothstein in the story, who said, “Mount Adams has definitely changed in recent years, but its dramatic views of the city and colorful personality certainly hasn’t. With City View Tavern’s reputation as solid as its one-of-a-kind location, we’re excited to work with those investors and operators alike to keep this Cincinnati mainstay going strong.”
