Andy Brownfield–Staff Reporter, Cincinnati Business Courier, shared big news with readers on Friday, writing “An iconic building in the heart of Oakley Square is on the market. The 20th Century Theater at 3021 Madison Road in Oakley, a historic movie theater that became a wedding and concert venue after nearly being demolished in the 1980s, is being marketed for sale.
Owner Mark Rogers, who has been involved in Oakley since 1978, said that after more than 40 years in business it’s time to retire.” Rogers has hired Joshua Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group to handle the marketing and sale of the property. Brownfield interviewed Rothstein who said, “Being selected to list this landmark property is an incredibly humbling responsibility. As the agent, and an Oakley resident, I’m doubly excited to work with the pool of buyers and their different visions of this for the future, as it will inevitably dictate the evolution of this historic and iconic space.”
