Zamaris “Z” Geleszinski of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently represented Cincinnati Medical Care, LLC, in the sale of 2359 and 2363 Norwood Avenue in Norwood, OH. The property was purchased by Norspace, LLC to construct a new building to house OTO Supply Company, a screen printing company currently located at 4114 Montgomery Road in Norwood.

Z started her professional career in banking handling commercial transactions and real estate investment deals, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Finance. Z joined OnSite in 2019 to share her skills as the investment sales specialist for OnSite.

Z is fully bilingual (English & Spanish), is a member of the CCIM Institute as well as a candidate for the CCIM Designation, and is an active member of CREW. Z also serves on the Boards of Trustees of 4C For Children, and Excel Development Co., Inc., and is a Member of the Alumni Network Executive Committee of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
