Kristine Davidson of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently represented Dollar Tree in two new transactions in Ohio – one in west Hamilton, just north of Cincinnati and the other in Batavia, on the far east side of Cincinnati. Dollar Tree plans to relocate its existing store at Hamilton West Shopping Center and construct a new 10,000 SF store on land acquired at The Crossings at Gunn Eden shopping center. The second new Cincinnati-area store will be built on land acquired on Bauer Road in Batavia. Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in Cincinnati, N. Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.
