OnSite Retail Group client, ALDI, opened a new store today at 37 Hospitality Drive in Xenia, Ohio. The new, freestanding prototype store is a relocation of the store that had been operating on North Allison Avenue for many years. ALDI is the first store to open in the new Xenia Gateway mixed-use development.

The new location is in the heart of the Xenia retail district and offers great visibility and accessibility for its shoppers. ALDI’s new stores feature building materials and contemporary design elements that enhance the customer’s shopping experience, such as LED lighting, open ceilings and increased natural lighting.

Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group represented the owner/developer, BSM Xenia, LLC, as well as ALDI in the lease transaction. Feinblatt represents the grocer across southwestern Ohio and northern Kentucky. ALDI operates more than 1,900 stores in 36 states, including eight in the Dayton area.
