Andy Brownfield, Reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier, reported on Friday that a recently closed East Walnut Hills restaurant is back on the market. Brownfield wrote, “Mardi Gras on Madison at 1524 Madison Road in East Walnut Hills is closed after five years in business at that space.” Property owner, Towne Properties, hired OnSite Retail Group to market the space. OnSite’s Joshua Rothstein and Anthony Palazzolo are handling the assignment.

“Rothstein said that the space would be a great fit for a restaurant, with East Walnut Hills’ designation as an entertainment district and the additional liquor licenses that affords the neighborhood, but it could be well suited for other uses as well”, Brownfield reported. With so much new activity in East Walnut Hills, Rothstein and Palazzolo are very optimistic about getting the space re-leased quickly.
