Columbus Business First Exclusive: Condado Tacos CEO talks growth plans
February 26, 2020Columbus Business First Staff Reporter, Dan Eaton, updated a story that broke yesterday on the future growth plans of Columbus, OH-based Condado Tacos. Yesterday Condado Tacos announced a new partnership coupled with a large capital investment from New York-based Beekman Group, LLC, a private equity firm. Condado CEO Joe Kahn told Eaton “We’ll grow smart. We’re not going to do anything that disrupts what we’re already doing well.” Eaton explained, “Condado, which first opened in 2014, has grown to 15 restaurants in six cities across four states. The chain’s annual growth goal is between six and eight new restaurants annually. There are seven new restaurants planned for 2020, including the first in Dayton and expansion in Detroit.”
