Kristine Davidson of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently represented Dollar Tree in a new lease in Loveland, Ohio on the northeast side of Cincinnati in the Shoppes of Loveland shopping center owned by Baceline Investments. The center is located on Loveland-Madeira Road just north of Kemper Road. The new 9,000 square foot store will be located at 10671 Loveland-Madeira Road. An opening date has not yet been set. Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in Cincinnati, N. Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.
