Dunkin’, the world’s leading baked goods and coffee chain, celebrated two recent grand openings in the Greater Cincinnati area. On January 14th, the Cold Spring store opened for business at 4765 Alexandria Pike (U.S. 27), less than one mile north of the AA Highway (KY 9). The opening marks the first Dunkin’ store in Campbell County.

Another new Dunkin’ store opened in late December in Montgomery at 9321 Montgomery Road, just north of the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway. Both new stores feature drive-thru lanes for speed and convenience. Scott Saddlemire of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Dunkin’ franchisee, Gilligan Company, in both leases. Saddlemire is also representing Dunkin’ and Gilligan Company in the Dayton, OH region.
