Andrew Feinblatt, Principal at OnSite Retail Group, recently brokered a deal on behalf of long-time client, GNC, in Owensboro, KY. GNC will lease 1,290 square feet at Gateway Commons West – Phase I, at 2594 Calumet Trace. The massive new retail development is anchored by Hobby Lobby, and features Kirkland’s, Ross Dress for Less, Tuesday Morning, Shoe Department, Gabe’s, Burke’s and 2nd & Charles. GNC will locate in one of two outlot buildings that front the main drive to the center and in between two of the main entrances to the development.
