Jeff Smith and Josh Rothstein of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently brokered the sale of two former bank branches in Cedarville, OH and Germantown, OH.  The 1,500 square foot former bank branch in Cedarville, purchased by Grace Baptist Church, is located at 129 N. Main Street, approximately 20 miles east of Dayton.  The former branch in Germantown, 15 miles southwest of downtown Dayton, is a beautiful 6,520 square foot, two-story building on a prominent corner in downtown Germantown.  The property was purchased by the City of Germantown.
