Joshua Rothstein of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently represented the owners in the sale of the former Long John Silver’s restaurant at 9100 Plainfield Road in Blue Ash across the street from Target. Spring Grove Cemetery purchased the restaurant to convert it into their headquarters for cremation sales and information.

According to Rothstein, Spring Grove Cemetery wanted a centralized location in the Greater Cincinnati area with good interstate highway access.
