Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group just recently brokered a purchase transaction in Springfield, OH on behalf of Dollar Tree. The 1.17 acres purchased by Dollar Tree at 3000 East Main Street will be the site for Dollar Tree’s second location in the market. The location is less than one mile west of Walmart Supercenter.
