Duluth Trading Co. opened the doors of its first Ohio store on May 5^th in West Chester, OH in the new phase of the Streets of West Chester development.

Belleville, Wisconsin-based Duluth Trading, sells casual wear, work wear and accessories for men and women.  The company is well-known for a few of its products, especially their Buck Naked Underwear, Longtail T-shirts and Firehose Pants.

The 16,000-square-foot store will have about 40 employees.  Duluth Trading Co. is located at 9578 Civic Centre Boulevard, just off I-75 and Union Centre Boulevard.  Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The new phase of Streets of West Chester is being marketed by Eric Abroms and Josh Rothstein of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC.  The 10-plus acre site, alongside I-75 and adjacent to Top Golf and Main Event, features a new Chuy’s Tex-Mex restaurant and will soon welcome Matt the Miller’s Tavern and Holtman’s Donuts.  Streets of West Chester offers additional opportunities for restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues.  For information about leasing opportunities, call Josh Rothstein at (513) 268-4453 or Eric Abroms at (513) 268-4452.
