Steve Watkins, Staff Reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier reported today that OnSite Retail Group client, Huntington National Bank, claimed the top honors in in the North Central region that includes Ohio, according to J.D. Power’s 12th annual U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. Huntington Bank scored 849 points out of a possible 1,000 in the study. The second-place finisher has 826 points.
