Kaitlin Schroeder, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal reported on Friday that OnSite Retail Group client, Sleep Outfitters, plans to open a new store in Beavercreek on the east side of Dayton, OH in a build-to-suit development proposed by Baker Storey McDonald Properties of Nashville, TN.

Andrew Feinblatt and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group are representing Baker Storey McDonald in the acquisition of the site, and representing both Baker Storey McDonald Properties and Sleep Outfitters in the lease transaction. Sleep Outfitters is part a successful chain of more than 160 bedding stores operating in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Tennessee and Alabama owned and managed by Innovative Mattress Solutions based in Lexington, KY.
