Kaitlin Schroeder, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal reported today that OnSite Retail Group client, Dollar Tree, will be opening a new store at Washington Park Plaza, on Lyons Road near State Route 725 in Washington Township. The new 10,000 square foot store will mark the chain’s 15th store in the Dayton region when it opens this Spring. Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in the transaction.
