Scott Saddlemire and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group recently coordinated the sale of two former bank properties in Northern Kentucky on behalf of their client, Columbus, OH-based Huntington National Bank.

The properties were located at 7550 Dixie Highway in Florence, and at 300 Elm Street in Ludlow. The Florence property was improved with a 3,025 square foot bank building on 1.63 acres, and the Ludlow property featured a 2,457 square foot bank building on 0.58 acre in the heart of downtown Ludlow.
