Valvoline Instant Oil Change expects to open its 25th Cincinnati-area facility this summer on Madison Road in Norwood. Scott Saddlemire of Blue Ash-based OnSite Retail Group recently brokered a deal on behalf of Valvoline after searching in the area for several years. The new store will be built at the entrance to the Rookwood Pavilion shopping center at 2690 Madison Road.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change, a business unit of Ashland Consumer Markets (Valvoline™), a commercial unit of Covington, KY-based Ashland Inc., is the second-largest quick-lube chain in the United States. The company operates approximately 850 stores nationwide.
