OnSite Retail Group recently completed another transaction for long-standing client, Verizon Wireless. The company plans to expand its current store size and move into its new 5,950 square foot building in the third quarter of this year at 7533 Mall Road. Verizon, who signed a 10-year lease on the property, was represented by OnSite Retail Group’s Eric Abroms, who has completed nearly 20 transactions for Verizon. Abroms also represented the buyer in a purchase of the property, who completed a build-to-suit transaction with Verizon.

Verizon Wireless has 13 corporately owned and operated locations in Greater Cincinnati. Abroms said the company is looking to add one or two additional locations in Greater Cincinnati within the next 12 to 24 months.
