Buttermilk Crossing shopping center will soon be the home of the region’s first Northern Tool + Equipment location.  In fact, it will be the first store in Kentucky for the retailer.  In a story written by reporter Abby Miller of Cincinnati Business Courier on June 30^th, Miller reported, “Northern Tool + Equipment will host a grand opening for its Crescent Springs location July 7. The store is located in Crescent Springs’ Buttermilk Crossing shopping complex. Joshua Rothstein, OnSite Retail Group’s vice president of sales and leasing, said the center has a healthy mix of service-oriented retailers.”

“Among the many reasons we’re excited about this grand opening, it should now be much easier to lease the two vacancies we have left with this fresh, new-to-market destination retailer anchoring our shopping center,” Rothstein, who is handling leasing at Buttermilk Crossing, told the Business Courier.”

Northern Tool + Equipment is taking the 24,800 square foot former Staples building at Buttermilk Crossing.  After Northern Tool opens, Buttermilk Crossing will have two remaining vacancies. One is a 4,000-square-foot storefront – which Rothstein said could be divisible – and the other is just over 1,600 square feet.
