As Dan Eaton from Columbus Business First aptly stated in a posting last week, “It’s a busy month in Columbus for the owners of T.J. Maxx.

Framingham, Massachusetts-based TJX Companies Inc. will open its new T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods stores in Clintonville’s Graceland shopping center on Sept. 21. That same week, on Sept. 23, the company will open the market’s second Sierra store at 1275 Polaris Pkwy.  Though the Clintonville stores are new, they are effectively relocations. The company will close the T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods stores at 1871 W. Henderson Road in conjunction with the new stores opening.”

The new T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods stores will open together as a combo store at Graceland, measuring approximately 46,000 square feet.  The new Sierra store on Polaris Parkway will be approximately 18,000 square feet.  Scott Saddlemire and Eric Abroms of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented TJX companies in the lease transactions.  Click here to read the full story in Columbus Business First: TJX Companies celebrating three new openings in Columbus this week
