April 9, 2026 – Max Abbatiello, Data Reporter for Dayton Business Journal, shared some exciting news yesterday writing, “Dunkin’ Donuts will be opening a location on Kettering Boulevard in a building that once housed a Tim Hortons.”  The site is located at 3010 Kettering Blvd., just south of the Walmart Supercenter on W.
