NOVEMBER 12, 2025 – OnSite Retail Group recently completed a lease in Perrysburg, OH on behalf of ACE Hardware.  The new store with be operated by Great Lakes Ace Hardware, who currently has 75 stores, of which six are in Ohio.  The new 12,000 square foot store will be located at 1175 Louisiana Avenue Shoppes at South Boundary in Perrysburg, just outside of Toledo.  Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026.  ACE was represented in the new lease by Andrew Feinblatt and Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group, based in Cincinnati.  Click here to read the full story: Great Lakes Ace Announces New Location Outside of Toledo – Red Book Lumber Data
