Mecklenburg Gardens property back on the market with OnSite Retail Group

JANUARY 19, 2024 – The iconic Mecklenburg Gardens is back on the market after a deal to sell the property failed to come together.  The owner tapped OnSite Retail Group’s Josh Rothstein to take over the marketing efforts to find a new buyer.  Cincinnati Enquirer reporter Keith Pandolfi picked up on the news and spoke to Rothstein who told him,  “We would love to see whoever takes over preserve the character and the integrity that Mecklenburg Gardens left behind.”
