Melton plans to repurpose a property he already owns just down the street at 6705 Montgomery Road, which is right on the border of Silverton and Kennedy Heights. It’s the site of a former Midas.”

 

Melton plans to vacate a former restaurant building he owns at 6713 Montgomery Road, next-door to Proud Hound Coffee.  Melton hired Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group to market the 6,611 square foot building for sale or lease.  “Big Papa’s is one of the rare examples of a local retailer that’s survived and thrived … thanks in large part to their prominent location along Montgomery Road,” Rothstein told LeDuc.
