OnSite Retail Group agents Josh Rothstein and Zamaris “Z” Geleszinski recently brokered the sale of a prominent building on Cincinnati’s Oakley Square.  In the transaction, Rothstein and Geleszinski represented the owner of 3039 Madison Road, the 1,245 square foot building that was home to Oakley Square Eye Associates.  The buyer, Weyes Guys Properties LLC, paid $730,000 for the single-story building at the corner of Madison Road and Isabella Avenue.  The building is next-door to the former Oakley Laundromat and Cincinnati’s iconic 20^th Century theater, both of which Rothstein sold for a different owner in 2022.
