Columbus Business First: T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods plans to move into Graceland in Clintonville
August 2, 2022Exciting news came via Dan Eaton of Columbus Business First when he posted a story today announcing that both T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods appear destined to opening new stores at Clintonville’s Graceland Shopping Center based on building permits recently filed with the city of Columbus. Eaton wrote, “According to the city documents, work on the site will include demolishing part of the existing building at the center of the development and reconstructing it to accommodate both new stores. The entire project is nearly 46,000 square feet total, roughly 23,000 per store.” Framingham, Massachusetts-based TJX Companies currently operate 23 stores in Central OH. Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represent TJX Companies across much of Ohio, including Central OH, Cincinnati and Dayton.
