Tom Demeropolis, Senior Staff Reporter at the Cincinnati Business Courier broke the news of the recent sale of the former Enoteca Emilia restaurant property in Cincinnati’s O’Bryonville neighborhood to a local restaurateur. Josh Rothstein and Anthony Palazzolo of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented the seller, Grandin Properties, in the transaction with the buyer, an affiliate of Juan Imeroni’s Ignite Entertainment which is an owner/operator of multiple bars and restaurants in Cincinnati. The property is located at 2036 Madison Road, at the corner of Madison Road and O’Bryon Street.

“Rothstein, retail specialist with OnSite, said when he and Palazzolo took the listing for the building, they knew they could secure a buyer who would bring another unique restaurant to O’Bryonville”, wrote Demeropolis.

“We look forward to the new owners having a successful run,” Rothstein told Demeropolis.
