OnSite Retail Group’s Josh Rothstein, who completed a lease with Ross Dress for Less on behalf of the landlord at Springdale Plaza in Springdale, OH is excited to see the chain’s first store in the region opening soon. Mitchell Parton, Intern at Cincinnati Business Courier contributed an online story this morning in which he quoted Rothstein, “Springdale Plaza has always maintained a high occupancy level and great co-tenancy with DSW, TJ Maxx, Panera, Tuesday Morning and others, so we’re excited to backfill the former Bed Bath & Beyond space with a retailer that’s not afraid of leasing a large chunk of space in a market like Tri-County that perfectly fits the criteria,” Rothstein said.
