Dayton Business Journal: New 14-acre development to expand Xenia’s retail, restaurant offerings

April 29, 2019

A new 14-acre mixed-use development is coming soon to the west side of Xenia. The details were all included in breaking story by Cecelia Salamone in Dayton Business Journal. Salamone wrote “Greene County commissioners last month approved the sale of 14 undeveloped acres along West Main Street, near Greene Way Boulevard, to Nashville-based BSM Development LLC. Construction work is expected to begin soon to clear the site for retail development, and while a final site plan has not been approved, the proposed buildout will likely include multiple retail tenants. Grocery chain Aldi has been named the anchor tenant for the development.” The site is immediately north of Walmart Supercenter, across W. Main Street, also known as U.S. 35 Business.

Andrew Feinblatt, Scott Saddlemire and Eric Abroms of Cincinnati-based OnSite Retail Group are handling the marketing and leasing of the project for BSM Development.
