WCPO TV9 reporter Evan Millward caught up with OnSite Retail Group’s Josh Rothstein to talk about the goings-on in Pleasant Ridge, one of the city of Cincinnati’s hottest neighborhoods in terms of retail, restaurant and entertainment activity. Despite the tragic fire at Molly Malone’s, things are certainly looking up in Pleasant Ridge. And, although the future of Molly Malone’s is still in question, some including Rothstein are confident the property won’t sit idle for long. As Evan Millward noted in his story, Rothstein told him “the neighborhood is primed for development”, and that “Rothstein pointed to plans for a Goodfellas Pizzeria, Nine Giant expansion and a new steakhouse as signs of the neighborhood’s strength.” Rothstein has been one of the most active commercial real estate agents in the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood in recent years.
