The Oakley market continues to sizzle with activity, and more new development is coming just two blocks south of Oakley Square and a short walk from Hyde Park Plaza. Justin Doyle of Justin Doyle Homes recently closed on a purchase of two parcels at 3723 and 3725 Isabella Avenue where he plans to build an eight-unit luxury townhome development called Isabella Townhomes of Oakley.

As Tom Demeropolis, Senior Staff Reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier, wrote in his story today, “The townhomes will feature rooftop terraces, 10-foot main level ceilings, hardwood flooring and an optional elevator. The townhomes are designed with two-car garages, a main level with kitchen, dining and living areas, a third level with a master bedroom and a second bedroom, and a terrace level that includes a second master and covered outdoor terrace.”
