Grocery retailer and OnSite Retail Group client, Aldi, is planning an expansion of its Kettering store just west of Kettering Towne Center at 1940 E Dorothy Lane. Wayne Baker, Staff Writer at Dayton Daily News, reported the news today. Aldi approached the city of Kettering on a zone change that would allow them to expand the building into part of the parking lot, which required a zone change. The City of Kettering unanimously approved the request. Baker also pointed out that Aldi’s expansion of this store is part of a larger plan by Aldi to remodel 1,300 stores across the U.S. by 2020.
