OurHealth, an Indianapolis-based operator of health care clinics for employers, announced this past summer it plans to open multiple locations in Cincinnati. One of those locations will be at Shoppes at Kings Mills in Deerfield Township, immediately north of Kings Island amusement park, just north of Cincinnati.

OnSite Retail Group’s Josh Rothstein and Jeff Smith represented Shoppes at Kings Mills owner, BSA Kings Mills LLC, in the new 7-year lease with OurHealth. OurHealth’s new clinic will measure 3,000 square feet, and it is expected to open in the first quarter of 2019 at 2420 Kings Mills Road. As stated in the company’s website, Indianapolis, IN-based OurHealth offers the nation’s largest network of near-site clinics, designed to make employer-sponsored healthcare accessible to businesses of all sizes.
