Cecilia Salomone, Staff Reporter, Dayton Business Journal, contributed a story today announcing the third and final tenant for the new retail development project on the site of the former Logan’s Roadhouse restaurant in Beavercreek, OH, on the east side of Dayton. The new tenant – Le Reve Massage, a full-service luxury massage studio – will join Jason’s Deli and Giordano’s, Chicago’s famous deep-dish pizza restaurant. Both restaurants are new to the Dayton market. Andrew Feinblatt, Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire handled all the marketing and leasing for the new project by Nashville, TN-based BSM Development.
