OnSite Retail Group client, Cincinnati Commercial Contracting, broke ground September 12^th on a new strip center in Monroe that will include a Penn Station restaurant with a drive-thru.  In a story written by Eric Schwartzberg in Dayton Daily News, Penn Station will join a new nail salon and will be located at 1321 Ohio Route 63 across the street from the entrance to Cincinnati Premium Outlets in 1,505 square feet of space within the new Retail 63 retail center.  Schwartzberg also wrote the fast-food restaurant will be located across the street from the Skyline Chili at 1321 Ohio 63 in 1,505-square-feet of space within the new Retail 63, just half a mile from Cincinnati Premium Outlets.  “Monroe has never been hotter,” said Joshua Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group, following Bed Bath & Beyond’s recent announcement of a $33 million e-commerce center and the completion of Amazon’s 1 million-square-foot fulfillment center.
