Josh Rothstein of Onsite Retail Group just recently finalized a new lease at the T.J. Maxx and Michaels-anchored Springdale Plaza in Springdale, OH, one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest retail trade areas. Rothstein represented the landlord, Schottenstein Property Group, in a new 7-year lease with Spectrum Cable for 4,800 square feet at 403 E. Kemper Road in Springdale.

The new Spectrum store allows customers to experience TV, internet, voice and mobile phone products and services. Customers can also shop new products, upgrade their existing services, make payments, and pick-up equipment, including self-install kits. The new store is expected to open in the first quarter of 2019.
