Cecilia Salomone, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal, released a story today about another new development planned in Beavercreek, OH by BSM Properties.  The new project, located on an outlot of the Target store in Beavercreek on North Fairfield Road, marks the fourth project by BSM in Beavercreek in recent years.  OnSite Retail Group represented BSM in the acquisition and leasing of the new development.  Andrew Feinblatt and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group procured leases with Duck Donuts, Orangetheory Fitness and Premier Health to complete the new 6,900 square foot building set to begin this fall.
