Holly Shively, Staff Writer at Dayton Daily News, broke the news today about a new development in Beavercreek set to break ground soon on an outlot of the Target store on North Fairfield Road. A fitness concept and a specialty doughnut shop will join a yet to be named medical tenant in a new retail development at 2490 North Fairfield Road.The new development will be just under 7,000 square feet. Andrew Feinblatt and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group put the deal together on behalf of developer, BSM Development of Nashville, TN, and handled the marketing and negotiations for BSM on all three leases.
