Citing the Journal-News as their source, the Cincinnati Business Courier published a story today that Germany-based Aldi is planning to build a new store in the Patterson Place shopping center in Fairfield, just north of Cincinnati. OnSite Retail Group Principal Andrew Feinblatt represented Aldi in the transaction with shopping center owner, Neyer Properties.
