Andy Brownfield, Reporter, at Cincinnati Business Courier reported yesterday on a deal recently brokered by Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group. The owner of Fond Deli in Montgomery, OH leased the former Mama Mimi’s Take ‘n Bake Pizza building in Oakley Square for a new concept.  Rothstein was able to secure a tenant for the building in only 25 days after hitting the market.
