Kristine Davidson and Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group recently represented Ladles Soups restaurants in a new lease in Mason, OH in northern Cincinnati.  The new tenant, Ladles Soups of Mason, LLC, leased 2,900 square feet of space in the White Blossom Shopping Center on Mason-Montgomery Road, owned by Cherry Woods, LLC.  The new restaurant which is expected to open in April will mark the second Cincinnati-area location.  The first Ladles Soups restaurant is in Oakley at the Oakley Station development.

Ladles Soups restaurants are owner-operated and locally grown which is what makes them great.  Everyone at Ladles prides themselves by offering a large selection of homemade soups, salads and sandwiches inspired by Ladles’ creative chefs and staff.  Ladles has 10 locations in the Carolinas, and is now planning additional expansion in Cincinnati.  One to two openings per year over the next two to three years is possible.
