Edmund Mander, Director, Editor-In-Chief of Shopping Centers Today (SCT), the trade publication of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) posted an article in the organization’s online magazine giving kudos to two of OnSite Retail Group’s clients, T.J. Maxx and Dollar Tree.  Mander noted a recent USA Today report in which the two retailers are lauded for their impressive store growth in 2017 and plans for additional growth in 2018.
