Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group recently completed a lease with Premier Health at Englewood Gateway in Englewood, OH in the northwestern area of Dayton. Feinblatt represented the landlord, BSM Englewood, LLC in the lease. As recently reported by Dayton Business Journal, Premier Physician Network, which is operated by Dayton-based Premier Health, is opening four urgent care clinics in the Dayton area in 2018 as the company looks to increase accessibility to area residents. Englewood Gateway, anchored by Aldi and Dollar Tree, is located on South Main Street (State Route 48) just north of I-70.

The new 3,200 square foot Premier Health Urgent Care center will be located at 1130 S. Main Street in Englewood. Premier Health, Dayton’s largest hospital network, will be introducing the latest design in today’s urgent care facilities while combining top-level care and convenience. The center will provide service for patients when an appointment with their primary care physician isn’t available and a hospital emergency room visit isn’t warranted. Online appointment scheduling will be available for patients, and walk-in visits will be welcome as well.
