Restaurant expanding to Streets of West Chester
November 14, 2017A story today by Andy Brownfield, Reporter, at Cincinnati Business Courier reports that a North College Hill restaurant is expanding with a second location. Skally’s Old World Bakery is targeting a spring 2018 opening at the newest phase of Streets of West Chester in West Chester Township, just north of Cincinnati. The family-operated company, located at 1933 W. Galbraith Road, operates primarily as a bakery and supplies numerous grocers, including Kroger, with bagels and pita bread they produce. The restaurant was added later, giving the company an outlet to serve its made-from-scratch products to a bigger audience. After many years of planning a second restaurant location, the family chose the new phase of Streets of West Chester, the project developed by Scott Street Partners and marketed and leased by Josh Rothstein and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group. The 10-plus acre site, alongside I-75 and adjacent to Top Golf and Main Event, features a new Chuy’s Tex-Mex restaurant and recently welcomed Matt the Miller’s Tavern and Holtman’s Donuts. Streets of West Chester offers additional opportunities for restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues.
