Joshua Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group recently represented landlord, Uptown Rental Properties, in a new lease transaction with Conscious Kitchen restaurant near the University of Cincinnati campus. Conscious Kitchen, owned and operated by Andre Hopwood, moved from 2516 Clifton Avenue to 2912 Vine Street, the 5-block section of Vine Street known as Short Vine. Not only did Conscious Kitchen relocate, they expanded by tripling the amount of space they previously leased on Clifton Avenue and they added a liquor license.
