Eric Schwartzberg, Staff Writer at Journal-News recently reported that full-service Oxford law firm, Robinson & Jones Co., LPA, is moving from its longtime offices on West Park Place to the new Bishop Square development.  Joshua Rothstein and Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group recently completed the lease at Bishop Square in Oxford, OH for RE NVC Oxford, LLC, a Columbus, OH-based development company controlled by RLF Architects.  Robinson & Jones Co., L.P.A., leased 2,173 square feet at 421 S. Locust Street in the mixed-use development.  Also signed for Bishop Square are Marco’s Pizza, Tim Hortons, Sprint and First Financial Bank.

 

Bishop Square was developed on the site of the former Walmart store in Oxford.  OnSite Retail Group is handling the marketing and leasing of the retail and restaurant spaces at Bishop Square, a mixed-use project offering 272 beds for student housing, a new public library and over 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
