Chuy’s now open at new Streets of West Chester phase

Chuy’s Tex-Mex restaurant was the first tenant to commit to the newest phase of the Streets of West Chester, and they are also the first tenant to open their doors to the public.  The Austin, TX-based restaurant known for being “deep in the heart of Tex-Mex”, opened a 7,028 square foot freestanding restaurant on April 18th on the new section of Civic Centre Boulevard which.  The new section of roadway, was completed in October 2016 will completed the connection of Civic Centre Boulevard from Union Centre Boulevard to Allen Road.  The new West Chester location will marks the fourth Chuy’s location in the region, adding to restaurants in Kenwood, Florence and Springboro.

Chuy’s joins the 8.35-acre expansion of the Streets of West Chester which includes Holtman’s Donuts, Matt the Miller’s Tavern as well as Duluth Trading Company, scheduled to open May 4th.  The Streets of West Chester development is located at the southeast quadrant of I-75 and Union Centre Boulevard alongside Topgolf and Main Event entertainment, two popular attractions that opened in 2016.
